Prayer Blog

Now may our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God our Father, who loved us and gave us eternal comfort and good hope through grace, comfort your hearts and establish them in every good work and word. 2 Thessalonians 2:16-17

Praise God for the provision of a new key contact in Fiji. Please pray for the Lord’s wisdom to be upon him as he serves in this new role.

Praise God for the influx of new people into our CBS community in North America. We praise You in advance for the ways Your Word will take root in their hearts. Lord, we pray that You would not just fill our minds with information but radically transform our lives. Break down walls, heal hidden hurts, and reveal Your great love to them in a fresh, powerful way. Let Your truth be a lamp to their feet and a light to their path.

Please pray for our classes in North America as new members blend into the smaller groups. We know that true vulnerability and trust take time, so we ask for Your Holy Spirit to accelerate the bonding process. Create an atmosphere of safety, warmth, and grace where no one feels like an outsider. Help the participants listen deeply, laugh freely, and carry one another’s burdens. May the core groups become sacred spaces of tight-knit, Christ-centered community.

Please pray for open doors for new Spoken CBS training opportunities in Haiti, for prepared and equipped Spoken coaches, and for fruitful collaborations with like-minded ministries interested in CBS.

Please pray for the finalization of paperwork and approval to begin a CBS Bible study in a prison in Guyana.

Please pray for the monthly Children & Youth webinar in the South Asia Region, that young people would grow in their understanding of God’s Word and be encouraged in their faith.

Please pray for CBS groups in an undisclosed country in Europe as they continue to grow through the study of God’s Word. Ask God to strengthen leaders, encourage participants, and transform lives through Scripture.

Please pray for comfort and peace for those grieving the loss of a CBS participant in Eswatini. Praise God for opportunities to share the hope of His Word, and pray that more people would be drawn to Bible study and grow in their relationship with Christ.

Please pray for CBS leaders and participants who have been separated from their families and communities due to persecution for their faith. Pray they trust in the Lord and hold fast to the Gospel knowing that nothing can separate them from God’s love.
